Saint holds the highest Magical Attack in red at +5.3; Nightmare trades some of that for early penetration.

Strategy Guide

Playstyle

A musician mage who switches between an offensive and a healing stance, capped by an untargetable ultimate that both dodges the enemy's aim and restores her team.

Best for: Players who want to conduct the balance between damage and healing themselves — every stance call visible in the result.

Recommended Combos
Finish the Empowered Hit
Skill 1 (up to 4 sound waves, 25% slow for 1s) → Empowered Basic Attack (bonus magical damage) → Skill 1

Casting Skill 1 empowers her next Basic Attack with bonus magical damage. The slow lasts 25% for only 1s, so that hit has to land immediately rather than after a pause. Keep the War melody on and every skill cast also chips enemies within 800 range.

Switching to Peace
Skill 4 (switch to the Peace melody) → Skill 1 → Skill 2 (0.75s stun after 1.5s)

Under the Peace melody, every skill cast restores 35 (Lvl 1) Health to allies in range, and Yuhuan is healed on top of that. The damage rotation never stops for it, so cycling skills behind a chipped frontline is the whole job. Once the team pushes back, change the melody to War and the same casts become extra damage.

Playing Through the Burst
(Timed to enemy burst) Skill 3 (untargetable + cleanses her own CC) → Skill 2 → Skill 1

While airborne she cannot be targeted, and the crowd control already on her is removed. Used early it absorbs nothing, so the trigger is the animation of their big skill. When the performance ends she heals herself and allies in range, and enemies in range take damage.

These combos are not official data. They are this site's own write-up, built only from the skill data transcribed from the in-game display; nothing that the skill text does not state is included.

Strengths
  • Passive toggle covers damage and healing in a single kit
  • Ultimate's untargetability and cleanse make enemy burst whiff
  • Empowered basic attacks refund cooldowns for relentless uptime
  • Area healing sustains her team through long teamfights
Weaknesses
  • Low burst damage — she rarely finishes kills alone
  • Skill 2's stun lags 1.5 seconds behind and isn't guaranteed
  • Thin self-defense against dives while the Ultimate is down
  • Can't carry alone; her impact depends on allied damage
Early Game Strategy

Mid lane Yuhuan starts with learning the Passive toggle. Clear waves in the damage stance for the bonus minion damage, and flip to the healing stance the moment you take poke — that one habit alone transforms her lane sustain. Skill 1's notes home in on enemies, and deal bonus damage to minions, so the pre-level-4 gameplan is simply notes, empowered hit, repeat. Even when the enemy jungler collapses on you, Skill 2's speed boost and delayed stun turn the gank around — she can push the lane far more confidently than she looks.

Mid Game Strategy

From level 4, everything hinges on one decision: is the Ultimate for healing, or for dodging? While performing, Yuhuan is untargetable and cleansed of CC, so timing it against enemy burst makes their biggest cooldowns hit air. Wait until you see the enemy assassin's ult animation before you rise — wasting their entire combo never stops feeling great. At Tyrant and Overlord fights, your job is holding the line: patch up chipped teammates with the healing stance and the post-performance area heal. From around eight minutes, your second magic item brings real poke damage online too.

Late Game Strategy

After ten minutes, Yuhuan plays the unkillable back-liner. You don't have the burst to delete anyone, so during Shadow Tyrant standoffs, chip away with the homing notes and answer dives with Skill 2 first, Ultimate second. Simply having the Ultimate available is deterrence — enemy assassins hesitate to jump a target who can vanish mid-combo. When your front line runs low, stabilize them with the healing stance and the area heal, and drag the fight into the long, grinding version that favors you. The only way Yuhuan loses is panicking and stepping forward at the wrong moment.

Teamfight Strategy

Your teamfight spot is half a step behind the front line. Once it starts, flip to the damage stance for the bonus area damage and keep cycling Skill 1's notes into empowered basic attacks. When a diver turns onto you, drop Skill 2's soundwave, speed away, and let the stun land 1.5 seconds later as they chase — lockdown over your shoulder. If burst stacks onto you, rise with the Ultimate: the enemy wastes their damage, then eats your area heal on the way down. Leave the kills to your teammates; your job is making the enemy's math stop working, over and over.
