[June 19 Update — Meta Analysis] A small maintenance patch with essentially no impact on the competitive meta. The only hero change was to Devara, and it amounted to fixing base stats that had been set lower than intended plus a one-second cooldown reduction on his two main skills. That is a correction restoring intended performance rather than a buff. Devara went on to receive further damage and shield buffs on July 16, which makes him a useful illustration of how long a freshly released hero can take to settle. If you plan to bring a new release into ranked, waiting out the first few weeks of tuning is the safer approach. Everything else was limited to marketplace price adjustments and minor bug fixes — nothing that moves the tier list.

Devara Base Stats • Fixed base stats that were set lower than intended Skills 1 and 2 (Thunder Inheritance / Divine Judgment) • Cooldown 9s (-0.4s/lv) → 8s (-0.3s/lv) What this means An emergency correction for a freshly released hero. Because his base stats were bugged below their intended values, this is less a buff than a restoration of how he was supposed to perform. On top of that, a second off both core cooldowns makes it easier to play the fast, repeated-cast style he is designed around. Note the per-level reduction shrank from 0.4s to 0.3s, so the gain is largest at low skill levels — exactly where he needed it.

Market Adjustments • The minimum price range for Game Kids Chests was lowered, allowing both purchases and listings at cheaper prices than before. Items already listed or in their public notice period are unaffected. • A preview of newly tradable items is coming soon. What this means Lowering the price floor effectively favors buyers. Chests that previously had to circulate above an artificial minimum can now trade closer to what people actually value them at. Existing listings aren't touched, so there's no need to pull anything down in a hurry.
